Medical School: West Virginia University School of Medicine, Morgantown, WV He enjoys surfing, basketball, cooking, and photography. He chose Einstein for its strong sense of community among the residents and attendings, early and high volume of operative experience, and strong legacy of success of Einstein alumni. He returned to California for medical school and pursued a research year between his 3rd and 4th years focused on spine and international orthopedic trauma where he spent time in Tanzania. John grew up in Southern California before moving to Philadelphia for college where he studied Neurobiology and Healthcare Management. Undergraduate: University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA Medical School: University of California San Francisco School of Medicine, San Francisco, CA His career interests include Adult Reconstruction and Sports. Stephen enjoys working out, fixing stuff, and spending as many weekends at the beach as possible. He chose Einstein for its close-knit family, operative autonomy, and ability to produce consistently strong and well-rounded residents. Stephen completed his undergraduate studies at Drew University where he majored in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Undergraduate: Drew University, Madison, NJ Medical School: Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA Lee’s clinical interests include Spine and Sports. His personal interests include working out and mini golf. Lee came to Einstein because the operative experience and autonomy is unmatched compared to any other program in the country. This has nothing to do with orthopedics but he is very proud of it. It should be noted that he also aced a “Beginners Acting” class in college where his professor called him a young Marlon Brando. Lee graduated from the College of William and Mary in beautiful Williamsburg, Virginia where he majored in Biology.
